Moves Fitness is an exercise class that adds more to your life than fitness. classes are taught mainly in local community centres and school halls. Our classes are welcoming, fun, and unintimidating. There are no membership fees: the choreography and atmosphere are the keys to lifetime adherence and long-term success.
Classes are pay-as-you-go at £4.50 per hourly session.
All classes are designed and delivered according to a proven methodology, which has evolved continually since 1981. Moves Fitness matches movement and music in an inclusive way that both beginner and veteran find enjoyable and beneficial.
